Today I re-mind myself that the journey through life is filled with change. Like the blades of grasses on the Salt Marsh, there is a season for every change we weather. Some seasons may be harsher than others, but still we can stand strong throughout them all, when we take time for ourselves. If I feel worn and faded, I know that I can renew myself through rest, for I recognize that change is easier to handle when I am centered. If only for a few moments or an hour, today I take time for myself to be still and find my center.
