I’ve been on the mend from bronchitis for a week or so now. Needless to say my energy has been down. I am reminded today that this Affirmation is perfect for times like this:
“I am Healthy, Happy & Abundant. There are positive forces working in my life today and everyday. I remember to be thankful for all my blessings!” – Pamela J. Leavey
It is tough to feel positive when you’re not feeling well, but the act of affirming that you are healthy and happy works towards the actuality. The power of intent is very strong and that’s one of the many reasons why affirmations work.
