There you are! :) Glad to hear you're feeling better. One day I would like to visit MA, if the economy ever helps me afford the trip. It may take a while, though. Say hi to your daughter. You two hang in there...after all, GWB is GONE! Things are bound to improve... :)

Hi, Pamela!
I just found and read your entire blog. :) You have been on quite an adventure. I'm glad to see you are doing okay, and I hope Juliet is well, too.

I've really enjoyed the beautiful pictures of both Maine and Massachusetts you have posted. I hope the upcoming winter will be a bit easier than the last.

Good luck with your new job. This economy has been really difficult for so many people I know, and I am sorry for the challenges you and Juliet are dealing with.

Stay in touch...you never know when you may need a week in sunny Ca. :)

In the works: THE LIGHT IN DARKNESS
Lawrence Kirsch Communications, creator of the recent book For You, is working on a new book called The Light in Darkness, to focus specifically on the Darkness on the Edge of Town era. Like For You, the forthcoming book will feature concert photography and stories from fans. Kirsch tells Backstreets, "This tribute to Darkness will be something special: more passionate stories, breathtaking never-seen-before photos,(including rare photos from the Agora) and some discovered artwork and memorabilia gems that will be of great interest to fans no matter when they were introduced to Bruce's music."

I have found often times we are in a place or a job for a season. Just as the tides come and go which displace the grains of sand equally the qualms of life affect our choices.
