Here’s some powerful spoken word from acclaimed poet, national recording artist, actor and activist, John Trudell:

The poem Trudell is reciting is “Reason to This.” It’s featured in his book, Lines from a Mined Mind: The Words of John Trudell.

I’ve seen John Trudell perform a few times with his band, Bad Dog, while living in Los Angeles. They are a must see if you ever have the opportunity.

Trudell is a supporter of: “Give Love Give Life.”
