“Communication can heal.”
Think about that… While we’re all so busy online communicating on social media websites, we forget, perhaps the value and the sheer wonder of sitting with a friend, talking, communicating, sharing joy and sorrow in the same physical space, together. I too am guilty of this… (more…)
Today, I re-mind myself that an open heart and an open mind is a conduit to a rich, interesting life filled with an abundance of love and prosperity. I breathe in and release all negativity as I exhale, making room for positive energy to flow my way. In this, I am abundant.
