It’s A Jungle Out There
July 21, 2008
It’s a jungle out there
The vines have reached to the farthest corners
Of my world and filled my view
With flowers growing every which way.
It a jungle out there
The spiders cast their webs each night
And trap us in the finely woven lair
And we fight to keep them at bay.
It’s a jungle out there
My little urban garden outside of my front door
Is the joy of my morning
And my peace throughout my day.
