Aromatherapy is Magic

It is said, that “If you go deep enough into my mind, and deep enough into your mind, We are all one.” What does that mean? Our minds are capable of the same thoughts, the same feelings, we are all capable of the same actions. That is a daunting concept for many, even those who have spent time studying Philosophy and Spiritual Theory. It speaks of a lack of uniqueness and individuality. But, yet it shows the capability of Life and Beyond. It calls out for deep connection among souls. And that connection is something that we all yearn for, whether we realize it or not. When we find that connection, it is Magic. Pure Magic.

Aromatherapy is Magic. It stimulates a reawakening of our souls. It opens up our hearts to possibilities, Infinite Possibilities.

Aromatherapy can help to realign our purpose, and bring greater focus to the work we need to do. We create our Infinite Possibilities. We create our Magic. We create. Each of us has that Creative Magic with in. Exploring that Creative Magic, brings us deep with in, where we realize that We Are All One. Delving into that Creative Magic, inspires us to be all that we can be. When we come from that place, there is no stopping us.

Aromatherapy Of The Goddess is based on Spiritual Principle. The Spiritual Principle of the Goddess. It is that principle that Traditional Aromatherapy is derived from. I have said here before, “The apple does not fall far from the tree”. Studying the ancient lore, and the traditional, I have found that much of the contemporary uses of Aromatherapy are indeed based on the ancient lore.

Creativity can be stimulated by many sources. Aromatherapy opens up the channels to receive in many areas of our lives. It stimulates our senses which in turn stimulates our Souls. Our Souls arouse our Creative Instinct. Our Creative Instinct, inspires our Creative Magic. When I am stuck on something creatively speaking, I will often burn Incense to open up the channels of reception. Vervain, Sage, Cinnamon, Benzoin Gum, Myrrh, Patchouli and Frankincense are all good for this purpose. Sometimes it is the pure act of burning the Incense, using a scent that you are fond of that opens up the door to blocked Creativity.

I look at Creativity as an avenue to exploring that which is deep with in. The simple practice of writing in a journal can be a great catharsis, that opens the door to the Soul. Cooking and Gardening are also Soul’s work. We get a chance to delve into ourselves when we do something that involves our Body, Minds, Souls and Hearts in the process. When we care for our Bodies, we care for our Souls. We create a deep love for that which houses our Self.

I am a big proponent of caring for my outer Body. I revel in the Bath each night, filled with Sea Salt, Aromatic Bath Salts or Herbal Baths. It is my nightly ritual for myself, and whether it is a short bath or a long bath, I wash away the stress of each day, or relax in the joy. When my bath is through, I use both body lotion and Aromatic Bath & Body Oil to keep my skin soft, smooth and young. I honor myself by doing this each night. I favor Lavendar and Tea Tree Oil in my bath for their Healing purposes. When relaxation is called for, I soak in a hot tub that has allowed a bag of Tranquility Bath to steep in it. I like to use Lavendar, Geranium, Clary Sage and Violet in my Aromatic Bath & Body Oil. When I am seeking Energy and Power, I will use Energy Potion #3 Bath Salts in my bath and Power Potion #21 Bath & Body Oil after my bath.

The simple act of a daily ritual brings us deeper within ourselves. The act of doing something for someone else, that brings the other joy brings us deeper within ourselves. The choice of Happiness, the choice of being Awesome in our lives, brings us deeper within ourselves. Finding our Soul’s work, brings us deeper within ourselves.

When I started Of The Goddess Ltd. thirteen years ago, I knew that it was to be my Soul’s work. It was brought to me as a gift from the Goddess, with a mission and a purpose. The past two years have created Infinite Possibilities for me in my life, and I have watched in wonder as the Magic has unfolded. My trusting to let a Higher Power lead the way, has strengthened my faith and the rewards have been great. Knowing that I have created many products of Beauty, Healing, Wisdom, Love and Prosperity to share with the World has been a stimulus to my Soul.

I ask you each as you read this, to think of one thing you would do to change the World. Think of one thing you would do to change yourself. Take even ten minutes everyday for yourself, and create a ritual that works for you. Burn Incense every morning or evening. Take a bath with Aromatic Bath Salts or an Herbal Bath, and revel in your day or escape from it’s stresses. Wear your favorite Essential Oil everyday, or a few as I do, layering them.

Watch your Body, Mind, Soul and Heart unfold and feel yourself falling into the Deep With In. Fear not where that will lead you, for it will only lead you to a deeper understanding of yourself, Love and Life. Most of all remember… to Be In The Moment… Go With The Flow. Trust in your Higher Power and show up Full Force in everything you do. You are Awesome. You are Extraordinary. You Are You. Treat yourself well.
