“There are times, when the weight of problems are so heavy in our lives that it is difficult to stay focused and positive. In those times, I re-mind myself how important it is to practice optimism throughout my day. Each time I find myself feeling weighted down with problems, I affirm to myself that there is no room for negative thought or negative actions in my life today, tomorrow, or any day, from this day forward.
