Daily Affirmations: Choices

barredowl

Today, I re-mind myself that in life there are always choices; one of those choices is hope and the other is fear. Today, I choose not let fear run my life, hiding in the shadows. On this day and each day forward, I choose hope.

Gratitude is a daily practice that starts my day and ends my day. Today and every day, I look for the things in my life that I am grateful for and I give thanks. This simple act of giving thanks throughout my day, re-minds me that I am abundant.

Daily Affirmations: Time for Me

heronhead

Sometimes it seems so difficult to keep moving forward. One day you are stuck in the muck, another day you are wading in deep waters. And then, there are those days when you can’t find your way out of the everyday world that surrounds you, to take a little time for yourself. Today, I re-mind myself that it is okay and quite necessary to take time for me. I breathe deeply, exhale and vow that today and each day forward I will make time in my busy life each day, that I might find peace and joy in, even for the most fleeting moment.
