An affirmation for each and every day: I release all negative thoughts and patterns in my life. I strive to look at all things with a positive attitude and find good in all situations. Negative thoughts and patterns hold down my true potential. In releasing negativity, I make room for the positive.

Abundance is like the ocean, it ebbs and it flows. Today, I re-mind myself, that each ebb that slows the flow, is an opportunity to renew my commitment to that flow of abundance in my life or find new ways to create flow. In this, I affirm, I am abundant.

Today, I re-mind myself… My life is rich. I am grateful each day for the challenges presented in my life, for they are lessons to learn by. Today, I re-mind myself: Wealth is a river of love that runs through my heart. Abundance is a soul so full of care that I ask “what can I do” to make a difference. Prosperity is the knowledge that despite everything that may seem to the contrary at times, I have all that I need. I am abundant.

The silent sound of snow falling
Reverential as it is,
Touching all like a blessing
That is new, fresh and pure.
For old snow never falls so delicately,
Once it has landed in its place
Snow changes form,
Like a shape-shifter, morphing
With the winter wind.

Sometimes we get off track from our goals, in these times I re-mind myself:
To manifest my goals, I must focus clearly on my intent and my desires so that I remain on my path. I recognize and acknowledge that a clear heart is my most powerful ally. In that, I strive today and every day, to release all fears and anxieties holding me back from manifesting my goals.
