Daily Affirmations: Abundance

Let me focus today on what I have, for when I worry about having enough, I block the flow of prosperity and abundance into my life. Today I will focus on what I have and not worry about what I need, for I am confident that the universe will provide. ~ Pamela J. Leavey

Daily Affirmations: Change

Today, I re-mind myself that in working through changes in our life, we run through a variety of emotions that are normal and necessary to process the changes. Change isn’t always easy, and although we must embrace the change, we also may allow ourselves to feel thoroughly the anticipation, sadness, and even grief that might come up in the process of change. When we work through our feelings rather than cast them aside, we come out stronger and more at peace.
