Some days it is just too easy to get hung up on a negative thought pattern, usually because of some perceived problem or issue. When that happens it’s time to replace the negative thoughts with positive thoughts.

Procrastination is a biggie for me. I am always procrastinating and it’s a hard habit to break. I’m working on my procrastination list little by little right now. And I still have to re-mind myself sometimes:
