Daily Affirmations: Movement

Life swirls and whirls around us creating patterns of good and bad, give and take. Everything happens for a reason and when we surrender into the flow of life, we find the movement easier to follow. It is in the movement of life, the constant change, the knowledge that nothing is permanent, that we grow. ~ Pamela J. Leavey

Daily Affirmations: Two Paths

There are two paths to follow, the inner path that leads to the self, and the outer path that encompasses the universe that surrounds each and every one of us. Each path holds it’s own importance I believe, and I re-mind myself each day to remain open and balanced on the paths I follow.

Food For Thought

“It is a woman’s function to mother the world by holding the idea of its possible perfection within her heart. We give birth to children, to men, to businesses, to each other. It is not the uterus but the heart that is our real womb. What emerges from the heart is a co-creation with God.” – Marianne WilliamsonA Woman’s Worth

Food For Thought

A little Food For Thought today…

Step into your choices and stop telling yourself that you can’t, when what you really mean is that you don’t want other people to feel the way you think that are going to feel when they see you making the choices you really want to make. Got it? ~~ Neale Donald Walsch

Food For Thought: The Path of the Pilgrim

“The path of the pilgrim is the path to a heart that expands and does not constrict. That doesn’t mean we won’t have sorrowful days, but if there is some sorrow, we want sorrow that matters. Both sorrow and joy can stretch us and hone us. The issue is not whether we our day is easy, but whether we spend it with an open heart.” – Marianne Williamson – Illuminata

Food For Thought: The Greatest Gift

“The greatest gift we can give to a person in pain is to hold in our own minds the thought that there is a light beyond this darkness. What goes on externally is only the tip of the iceberg in any situation. The lessons, the real changes, the opportunities to grow-these are things the body’s eyes can’t see. They remain beneath the spiritual water line, but they are there. And they represent a much more vast picture of the soul’s journey than what we can see from the perspective of our physical senses. Growth is not always about getting what we think we want. Always, it’s about becoming the men and women we have the potential to be. Loving, pure, honest, clear.” – Marianne WilliamsonA Return To Love
