Daily Affirmations: I Have Love in My Heart

I woke this morning and sat up in bed and I smiled. I felt ready to take on the day and make it be an awesome day, because I woke with love in my heart. It’s been a while since I woke feeling that life is good because my life has been on a rather uneven keel for quite some time. But things have been shift. The keel is stabilizing and so am I. It’s taken a lot of inner work to get here. But recognizing the love I have in my life has brought me back to center.

Today, I affirm that I have love in my heart and love in my life. I am happy. I am abundant. I re-mind myself that love is all there is. And so it is that I set forth on this day and every day to share my love with all. And so it is… Intent makes manifest.

Daily Affirmations: On Love

Love comes in many forms and it is all around us. It’s important to recognize this, especially if you are, like me, single. Valentine’s Day can be a tough day for single people. We look around and see that people in our lives have a significant other and we don’t. It can bring us down, make us feel sorry for ourselves or we can look at love from a different perspective. I choose to look at love from a different perspective, for I know that despite the fact that I am single, I have love in my life.

And so it is, that I affirm today, that I have love in my life. I am open hearted and I am a conduit for and of love. Love is all around me, love is all there is. And today, as I go about my day, I will re-mind myself that I am love. I am abundant, I have love in my life. Intent makes manifest.

Today, I re-mind myself that when I worry about having enough, I block the flow of prosperity and abundance. When money is tight, it is normal to worry about having enough to pay the bills, put food on the table and have a little extra for things that you need. But, continued worry simply causes stress and anxiety to compound and it does not solve the issue at hand. I know I must set my intent to prosperity and abundance, rather than worry about lack there of, because intent makes manifest and gratitude matters. Today I will not worry about what I need, instead I will focus on what I have. And so it is… Intent makes manifest. My life is rich. I am abundant.

Daily Affirmations: Conduit

Today I re-mind myself that I rest in the light of Universe. I acknowledge that my life is rich with blessings great and small. I am abundant. I feel great gratitude. Gratitude matters… I feel the power of all good things coming from me and to me. I seek to give what I get and more. I am here to be a conduit of the light of the Universe. May my open heart be that conduit. May my open mind be a flume of inspiration and enlightenment for others. May I make someone else’s day a little brighter. And so it is… Intent makes manifest.

Daily Affirmations: My Life Is Rich

January 29, 2016

Today, I re-mind myself that my life is rich and filled with so many blessings. It is easy, sometimes to fall into a state of self pity when things seem to not be going our way, but we cannot wallow or linger for for too long in that space of sadness for is serves no purpose but to weigh us down. And so it is, on this and every day that I re-mind myself that I live a very full and rich life that is filled with blessings great and small. From family and friends, to the stranger on the street that touches my life, there are so many people that contribute to the blessings in my life. From my work to the downtime that I choose to spend in nature, I am gifted with a great appreciation for all that there is. Let this and everyday be an opportunity to be grateful for the life I live, for it is rich and bountiful. I am abundant. Gratitude matters.

Daily Affirmations: Love

It is a hard to be single sometimes in a world filled with couples. One finds themselves as odd man or woman out, in my case, at a party where everyone is married. But it is okay to be single. In fact, I have found that to lack a partner in life, is not to lack love. Indeed, I am blessed with the knowledge each day, that my life is filled with love, for love takes many forms and comes from many different sources for many different reasons. Yes, I have great love in my life. And so it is that today and everyday, I bless the love and the loved ones in my life. Love is always blossoming around me…
