Today, I re-mind myself that an open heart and an open mind is a conduit to a rich, interesting life filled with an abundance of love and prosperity. I breathe in and release all negativity as I exhale, making room for positive energy to flow my way. In this, I am abundant.

My life is rich. Today, I re-mind myself that my life abundant in so many ways. I am grateful for my family and friends who are actively a part of my rich and wonderful life, those who lift me up when I am down and applaud me when I am up. Abundance comes in many forms, I take care to recognize the abundance in my life that is not monetary, but rich in love and the substance of caring and compassion. In this I know, I am abundant.

Abundance is like the ocean, it ebbs and it flows. Today, I re-mind myself, that each ebb that slows the flow, is an opportunity to renew my commitment to that flow of abundance in my life or find new ways to create flow. In this, I affirm, I am abundant.

Today I affirm, I have so many blessings to be thankful for in my life, from my family to my friends, from my work to my hobbies, my life is rich, abundant and oh so colorful. I am filled with gratitude and inspired by the rich palette of colorful people and surroundings that fill my life each day.
Yes there are times in my life when things are more difficult than I would like, but I choose each day to focus on the richness in my life and affirm: My Life Is Rich — I Am Abundant.
