Daily Affirmations: Making A Difference

I do not ask what difference will my voice make; instead I affirm, my voice will and can make a difference. And so it is that all voices who speak shall be heard. I can only make a difference if I strive to do so. I can only make a difference if I speak my mind, my voice and join with others who do so.  – Pamela J. Leavey

Daily Affirmations: Change

Today, I re-mind myself that in working through changes in our life, we run through a variety of emotions that are normal and necessary to process the changes. Change isn’t always easy, and although we must embrace the change, we also may allow ourselves to feel thoroughly the anticipation, sadness, and even grief that might come up in the process of change. When we work through our feelings rather than cast them aside, we come out stronger and more at peace.
