Late Night Blues: Sweet Home Chicago – The White House All Stars

I posted about the live stream of this event from WhiteHouse.gov earlier today and last night on The Democratic Daily. Here’s the entire video of The White All Stars performing Sweet Home Chicago, with a little President Barack Obama on vocals…

If you missed the live stream last night at WhiteHouse.gov, you can catch the show that was being taped tonight for PBS on Monday, February 27…

In Performance at the White House: Red, White and Blues” will honor the musical form that sprang from the Mississippi Delta and flourished in the Westside of Chicago with deep roots in Africa and slavery. The performances will explore those roots and pay homage to the great figures of the Blues and the songs they made famous by tracing the influence of the Blues on modern American music from soul to rock’n’roll. Airing on your local PBS station Monday February 27 at 9 p.m. ET. (Check local listings)

Great performances by all last night at the White House, can’t wait to watch the entire broadcast on Monday!
