Along the trail we see so many things that fill us with awe and wonder. Nature fills our souls and fuels us on our path in life. Never rush along the path… Take the time to appreciate the simple, yet complex gifts of nature. In that wandering along the trail, we are released of all stress and anxiety and find inner peace to bring with us on the walk of life.

Today I re-mind myself that nothing is permanent. The leaves on the trees change with the seasons. Flowers bloom, live out their cycle and disintegrate on the wind. Life is ever changing. I stay on track, holding on tighter some days than others, going with the flow.
