Today, I re-mind myself that I can achieve whatever I set my mind to. Sometimes I might feel overwhelmed, as though I have taken on more than I can handle. That is a natural feeling that we all get from time to time. When that happens, I must step back, take a deep breath and take on each task, one by one, until I have completed them all. In this, I become one with the process of going with the flow. I create the flow of my workload and I allow myself the time to get it all done. I often take on more than I should, so today, instead of feeling overwhelmed, I accept that I have much to do and I set my intent to get it done. And so it is… Intent makes manifest.

Today, I re-mind myself that life’s path is always changing and new opportunities constantly appear on the horizon. 
While choosing the path of least resistance might seem to be the best way to go, it certainly does not bring challenges with it, in most cases, and so there is less opportunity to learn and grow. One of the greatest aspects of life is the constant opportunities that come our way teaching us to see things in a new light and appreciate things from a different perspective. I am grateful for the new paths that appear on my life’s journey. I welcome the opportunity to learn, today and everyday. I start this day with gratitude for all there is and set my intent on embracing change. And so it is… Intent makes manifest.

Today, I re-mind myself that all is as it should be. That is not to say that change may be necessary in my life, or that there is no room for improvement in certain areas or aspects of life, that is simply to say, in this moment, all is as it should be. Life is fluid, always changing like the water that flows in a river or stream, it constantly in motion, even when we are at rest. And, as I am the star of my own life, I am confident that the forces of the Universe are working constantly on my behalf to direct my path in life, as I endeavor to accept that all is as it should be and go with the flow. And so it is… Intent makes manifest.

Today, I seek to make forgiveness part of the path I walk this day. For I acknowledge that the place in me that holds on to grievances, only holds me down. In order to live my life fully, I must let go of all perceptions of wrongs, done to me by others, or by me to myself or others. As I forgive others, I recognize that I also forgive myself. I also acknowledge that the past does not exist, there is only now, this moment in which I am living. I cannot hold on to past grievances, I must release them to the winds.
