The power of words:
“Everything you say is a thought expressed. It is creative and sends forth creative energy into the universe. Words can heal or wound. Words can paint a beautiful picture in your mind or a terrifying visual. Words make us pause to think about them. Words can be a tool, a weapon or a balm for the soul. Words inspire…
Keeping a positive outlook isn’t always the easiest thing to do. Even the most spiritual and grounded among us needs to stop and take time to re-mind ourselves:
I will put forth a positive outlook on all that I do this day. I will share that outlook with all whom I greet this day. I will be grateful for all of the blessings in my life this day, and I will seek to remember how precious each moment of every day is. ~~ Pamela J. Leavey
