Some days I get ahead of myself, thinking of all the things I need to get done in the future. I worry myself in procrastination mode, instead of attacking one goal at a time. When I see this behavior rising up and taking over my day, I know it is time to shift direction and get back on task.
I re-mind myself that I am only human, I can only accomplish so much in a day. I stop, take a deep breath, organize the priorities of my goals and then seek to accomplish each goal, one goal at a time. It will get done. I affirm to myself that I can do it. One step, one goal at a time.
