Today, I re-mind myself that change starts with a tiny ripple and spreads outward. Sometimes that change is slow and sometimes that change comes on like a big wave crashing on the shore. No matter how it starts I embrace change and allow it to flow through me. ~ Pamela J. Leavey

Life is full of changes. Some we choose, others choose us. I have learned over the many years of my life that embracing change is easier than fighting change. Today, I re-mind myself to open my heart and mind with gratitude to all change that comes my way. ~ Pamela J. Leavey
