There are times in life that we look at things as bittersweet, for there are memories that connect us to sadness and happiness at the same time. As I watch Mother Nature begin to wreck havoc today with her wild wilds, rains and storm surges across the North East, I am re-minded of the impermanence of all things and I am filled with gratitude for all that nature gifts to us. Mantra is a highly flexible theme with a lot of options.
