Today, I re-mind myself that when I worry about having enough, I block the flow of prosperity and abundance from coming into my life. Today I will not worry about what I need, I will focus instead on what I have. ~ Pamela J. Leavey

Today, I re-mind myself that in working through changes in our life, we run through a variety of emotions that are normal and necessary to process the changes. Change isn’t always easy, and although we must embrace the change, we also may allow ourselves to feel thoroughly the anticipation, sadness, and even grief that might come up in the process of change. When we work through our feelings rather than cast them aside, we come out stronger and more at peace.
