Daily Affirmations: Conduit

Today I re-mind myself that I rest in the light of Universe. I acknowledge that my life is rich with blessings great and small. I am abundant. I feel great gratitude. Gratitude matters… I feel the power of all good things coming from me and to me. I seek to give what I get and more. I am here to be a conduit of the light of the Universe. May my open heart be that conduit. May my open mind be a flume of inspiration and enlightenment for others. May I make someone else’s day a little brighter. And so it is… Intent makes manifest.

Daily Affirmations: My Life Is Rich

Today, I re-mind myself that my life is rich and filled with so many blessings. It is easy, sometimes to fall into a state of self pity when things seem to not be going our way, but we cannot wallow or linger for for too long in that space of sadness for is serves no purpose but to weigh us down. And so it is, on this and every day that I re-mind myself that I live a very full and rich life that is filled with blessings great and small. From family and friends, to the stranger on the street that touches my life, there are so many people that contribute to the blessings in my life. From my work to the downtime that I choose to spend in nature, I am gifted with a great appreciation for all that there is. Let this and everyday be an opportunity to be grateful for the life I live, for it is rich and bountiful. I am abundant. Gratitude matters.

Today, I re-mind myself of the limitless opportunities in my life. Indeed, my life is rich. I acknowledge that I have boundless love and light all around me, and I am filled up to the brim and beyond, with joy and happiness. My choice is to make this day a day filled with love and happiness. My choice is see the abundance all around me and focus on the positive aspects of my life which are all worthy of gratitude. And so it is… Intent makes manifest. Gratitude matters.

Daily Affirmations: Life’s Path is Always Changing

Today, I re-mind myself that life’s path is always changing and new opportunities constantly appear on the horizon. hellcat swamp trail
While choosing the path of least resistance might seem to be the best way to go, it certainly does not bring challenges with it, in most cases, and so there is less opportunity to learn and grow. One of the greatest aspects of life is the constant opportunities that come our way teaching us to see things in a new light and appreciate things from a different perspective. I am grateful for the new paths that appear on my life’s journey. I welcome the opportunity to learn, today and everyday. I start this day with gratitude for all there is and set my intent on embracing change. And so it is… Intent makes manifest.

Daily Affirmations: Never Allow Yourself the Luxury of a Negative Thought

January 13, 2016

There is a place in each of us that comes to surface every now and then. That place is filled with doubt and sometimes fear. It holds our deepest self doubt captive in the back of minds and looms up in our psyche as we strive to move forward. Each time the door to this fear ridden part of our self opens, we must close it quickly and not allow it to seep into our thoughts.

Today, I will practice the “Never Allow Yourself the Luxury of a Negative Thought” principle. Why would I choose to wallow in the Negatives of Doubt and Fear, when I can wallow in the luxury of Happiness and Joy. Today, each time a Negative thought enters into my mind. I will replace it with a positive, self-affirming, loving thought. And so it is… I move through my day with intent, grace and gratitude, today and every day.

I am grateful for this life that I have been blessed to live. I am grateful for all the abundance that flows through my life, in the forms of love and prosperity. I remind myself, I am abundant.
